I walked into Family Hyundai and was immediately greeted by Tom. I was only interested in the Elantra and didn't want/need any added bells or whistles. Tom didn't push them items on me, which I appreciated immensely (buying a car is stressful enough). Within minutes I was test driving an Elantra and Tom answered my questions and concerns thoroughly. In the past I purchased cars from Carmax, since I didn't want to be hassled with people trying to make a commission off of me, Tom changed my whole perspective on car buying. I was in and out with a brand new Elantra within three hours and the process was painless and actually pleasant! I would definitely recommend Family Hyundai to others, the service was exceptional!

 Today I bought a Hyundai Sonata from Family Hyundai. My salesperson, Tom, was extremely helpful in every aspect of buying this car,from showing us the vehicle to explaining all of  its features. He answered all our  questions and made the experience go very smoothly. I also want to thank Justin Williams for his help in explaining some of the packages we could purchase and for making sure we understood how to use the features in the car once we were ready to drive away. Both these gentlemen made this experience very successful. I would  definitely recommend Family Hyundai and these salesmen to anyone looking for a car.

I absolutely loved my experience at Family Hyundai! Our sales person was outgoing and very nice. I came in there yesterday with my mom and she purchased a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe for me. My parents loved the car when they saw it on the internet.  We  went in there and right away we were greeted and helped with all smiles. They took good care of us. My mom is definitely going to consider coming here to get herself a car too! :)
