I have bought numerous new cars over the years and while shopping for a new Sonata for my daughter and son-in-law, I thought this would be easy considering I just negotiated the deal for a new 2013 sonata in Florida for my father from Red Hoagland Hyundai in Winter Haven Florida and it was pain free.

That wasn't the case in Illinois, I will try to keep this review short but must warn other would be buyers about one dealer. I had the worst experience with Grossinger Hyundai in Chicago.

After visiting a few other dealers, we ended up at Family Hyundai, and it was a totally different environment. NO PRESSURE, NO TRICKS AND NO BS.

Anyone who has bought new cars knows some of the ways dealers make additional money, add ons, extended warranties, hiking up the APR, etc. I can attest that there is none of this there. Once we made our deal (which literally took 15-20 minutes), we were out the door in about an hour. 

Mark was our salesman and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I also want to commend John and Stan as well as everyone else we dealt with upon our visit for treating us like customers, No, they actually treated us like Family !

If you are in the market for a new Hyundai, save a lot of time and headaches and go to Family Hyundai first, you will see for yourself that they are a straight up NO BS dealer!

Prior to visiting this dealership, I was a little hesitant. Once I sat down, it was like talking with old friends and catching up on the years lost between visits.
