The guy is awesome.  From the first day I met him, I trusted him and that says a lot for a car salesman.  Luke is very personable, honest... a decent human being.  He knew what I was looking for and never forgot about me.  He called me when he had something he thought would work and it did.  This will now be the second vehicle I have bought from him and I will continue to recommend him and Hyundai's to others.  I consider him a friend and that means everything.

   I just wanted people to know, as shocking as it sounds, there are honest/honorable car salesmen even in this day and age.  I should know, I met and dealt with 2 of them at Family Hyundai in Tinley Park, IL.

   Both Luke Clarizio & Steve Sawinski treated my father and I with kindness and respect.  Believe me when I say, it's not easy to even remotely impress my dad, but they did.  It's a very big part of why I did business with them & will continue to do so in the future.

   Luke Clarizio went above and beyond for me.  Even though my used car was labeled "As Is" without a warranty, Luke told me that I could have 2 weeks to have the car checked out and if there was anything wrong at all, he would make sure that Family Hyundai either fixed it for free or he would get me into another vehicle.

Unfortunatley my mechanic found a expensive problem.  The car needed front brakes and new roters.  I told Luke about it and he said bring it in.  I brought the car in, they checked it out and right then and there fixed it at no cost to me.  I couldn't believe it!!  It's amazing to me that there are still nice, honest, honorable Used Car Salesmen in this world!!!

My new car purchase of the 2012 Hyundai Elantra with Family Hyundai was perfect. The sales rep that assisted me through the purchasing process was very welcoming with finding the perfect car for me. I look forward to being the newest member of the Family Hyundai family! Thanks again for everything.
