Our experience with Family Hyundai has been great.  Auto shopping on a Saturday, probably the busiest sales day, is not always easy.  Our salesperson, Karl, met us as we entered the parking area and assisted us in finding a parking space.  He listened to our needs in regards to a vehicle, and worked diligently to match it up with a one that would suit our needs and price range.  It has been pleasure working with him and the staff at Family Hyundai.

Karl worked to get us the best deal, was courteous and took his time in getting us the car choices we really wanted.  Plus he worked with us to get us the lifetime oil changes, which is a super package.  

We did not come to purchase a new 2012 auto today.  But the young service representative was so friendly and showed interest, and for some reason he knew exactly what we were in the market for. And he sold us that Azera with all the bell and whistles (loaded).  He is a keeper.
