Glenn was easy to deal with. Deal was done completly painlessly. Glenn was a good sport. We came in to look at SantaFes, and ended up changing horses midsteam to buy a Velositor. Glenn didn't even flinch, took us in stride and everything went smoothly. Overall an enjoyable experience today.

 Glenn conducted our car search with a tremendous amount of knowledge in regards to all Hyundai models we had questions on.  He was very up to date on the revised Santa Fe model we were interested in and eventually purchased.  Absolutely no pressure or hype.  We did our research and homework concerning the value of the car and had a good idea of what we wanted to pay.  We told Glen we were former Hyundai owners and detested the negotiating tactics generally used by car dealerships. The first price we offered was accepted and we felt extremely happy and satisfied.  We will be Family Hyundai shoppers in the future for ourselves and would highly recommend anyone else interested in purchasing a Hyundai to ask for Glen.  You will not be disappointed.  Thanks to Family Hyundai and Glenn for the wonderful experience.
