George K. was  great. He greeted me as soon as I came to into the lot. He was very welcoming and he knew exactly what i was looking for in a car. We immediately went for a test drive in the Elantra and i got a great feel for the car. My husband also drove and we decided this was the car we wanted. George was very throrough in explaining the features of the car and worked swiftly to take care of us since it was kind of late in the evening. George called the following week to see how the car was running-which was great to me. He was very customer focused and wasn't an annoying sales person who hounds their potential customers. If it had not been for George as our salesman, I would have probably gone to a different dealership. I'm huge on customer focus and he definitely was and did not try to pressure us. Thanks George-we are loving our new car~

George was straight and to the point and extremely easy to work with.  I'm super happy with my car, the service, the payments and bottom line.  Everyone at Hyundai was friendly and fast.  Best car buying experience I've ever had...seriously!

When I entered Family Hyundai store, I think he was about to leave but he greeted me and took the time to talk.  He listened to what I needed in a car and suggested that I drive the car I was looking at.  He was understanding of what my needs for transportation and pricing were and was able to put together a package that met both conditions.  Due to his care and attention this car buying experience was relaxing and enjoyable and I would recommend him to future car buyers.

I am sorry to say we wasted time at another dealer on a beautiful Saturday.  But Family Hyundai turned that around and made it a great day again.  We had the best experience with my sales man George Koulogeorge.  He listened to all my needs.  I expected to get a used vehicle but instead walked away with a brand new vehicle meeting my pricing needs.  George did not waste any time.  He not only explained things to me but took the time to answer questions from my parents who were with me.  We left there feeling like part of a big family.  And the service has not stopped there.  George has followed up with calls to check on how I liked my car and to remind me to bring it in for the clear coating appointment.   Al, the Customer Service Manager also went above and beyond.  He met me in the service department when I brought the vehicle in for the appointment.  He not only remember me immediately but he asked about my dad.  Being in customer service myself, I know the good from the bad, and we have found a good local dealer to not only use for our family but we can feel comfortable in recommending Family Hyundai to friends as well.
