I received  a call the other day from Erika saying they wanted my 2011 Tucson would I want to come in and they would put me in a 2013 with no money down and the same payments that I make now.  It was a two hour waste of time, I never met Erika and basically if I wanted to down size from what I have now my payments would be $30 more a month over 72 months  and if I wanted one comparable to what I have it would be over $50 more over 72 months when we are doing 60 months now. Hyundia should of been thier homeworkbefore I even came in,they called me.  We own 3 hyundia cars and gave our 4th title over to our son for him.  We have been a very vaulable customer and this is what happens.  I will not referr anymore of our friends or family to this particular hyundia store.  When it was all said in done, the price I was quotated that we were considering, I was then told it was for the standard when all along the salesperson knew that we were not interested in that one in the end.  Very dissappointed in the treatment that I had received.  Your valued customers should not feel this way.....

This was the best day of my year. I actually thought this was going to be a gimick, when Erica said come on in I promise I can help you. It took every ounce of energy that I had to come here. Man, was God with me or what!! She was the most honest and enjoyable sales person I ever encountered. I really wanted to just hug this woman for her service. I promise I will only buy a car from this car dealer for the rest of my life. I will  make sure that I send friends and family. Oh buy the way I will make sure payments r on time always, this is the start of my new credit history. Family Hyundai Treated me like FAMILY!!!!! I have been shopping for a new car for my wife for a few weeks now. I walked into Chicago Family Hyundai and was greeted By Erica Rusinak. She was GREAT! Erica walked me through the inventory and told me all about the new 2011 Hyundai sonata Limited, after hearing and seeing what this car has to offer I had to drive it. Mr. Benny Alvarez was also GREAT to work with, he gave me a deal I could not refuse. Benny was very easy to deal with through out the whole process. Thank you Erica, Benny and the entire Family Hyundai team for making my wifes new supprise happen!!!

Drove from Matteson to Family Hyundai to look at new Hyundai's. I already own 2, one Accent and one Santa Fe. Was extremely happy with the way they treated me, unlike other dealers I visited, no high pressure tactics, and no haggling over the price. My vehicle was filled with gas and was detailed in and out. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ERICA FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERIVCE! We came into the dealership very stressed not knowing if in fact we would be able to purchase a new car. We have just come out of a BK, lost our home, summer home, my business, had to move and on and on. This has been our 1st break in a long time. Pleasant Experience at Family Hyundai Chicago

Greeted by Erica upon arrival in a friendly, non-attack manner.  She proceeded to question us as to what our preferences were and directed us to the cars that we might be interested in.  A test drive was provided and she explained all of the vehicles features and functions.  Completed the purchase with a minimum of the usual new car games played by car dealers and arrived at a very good purchase price.  Highly recommend Erica as a professional,  low pressure sales person that respects your wishes and desires.

The fourtune cookie

A couple weeks ago I was told by my insurance company that my truck was a total loss and they would be cutting me a check.  Later that day I opened a fourtune cookie that literally said, buy the red car.  The next day I walked into Family Hyundai curious about the new genesis coupe.  I had test driven a few other vehicles close to the Genesis, but I can honestly say driving the Genesis was a much more satisfying experience compared to the competition.  Then when I found out the price... I was sticker shocked you could say, but in a good way!  All this car for that price, deal! Then of course is my customer service experience with Erica Rusinak who went above and beyond to make my fourtune come true.  Not only did they locate the red genesis coupe for me, but she personaly went down and got the vehicle for me.  Next is a new Veracruz for the wife to haul the kids around and then we will officially be a happy Hyundai Family. Son gets new car 2010

Looking for past few weeks for a car for my son to use while away at college. Looked on line at Familyhyundai.com. Went it to showroom and was greeted outside by Erica. Erica was pleasant and very informative. She was easy going and not pushy at all. Enjoyable experience with her. While she was out there was a ;;veteran;; salesperson assisting on her behalf, Frank, he was also GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks FamilyHyundai.
