Our Santa Fe 2010 has been in about 8 times for service for defects. The first time was 2 weeks new, leaking oil. The last time was last week when it was leaking coolant. We are totally frustrated. Again tonight it is leaking a lot of coolant. Again we will have to rearrage our schedule to take the car for service. They should have got it right the first time. We have got to dump this car soon.

I have been a dedicated Hyundai customer since Sept. 2002 when Kristy Feinberg & Bob your Sales Manager sold me my first Hyundai vehicle.

I purchased my 2002 Hyundai Sante Fe when the dealership was still Terry's Hyundai.  I continued to service my vehicle religiously for years at the same location until you relocated.

I developed a close relationship with a lot of Hyundai's employees over the years.  Of course Kristy, Bob, and Shirley who was always there with a smile & a warm greeting as she processed my payment for service.  I would also like to mention Mike Nolan who was the "Best" and most trusworthy mechanic that I had dealt with for years.  I know he relocated to the Joliet facilitiy.  I felt a little lost when he left.

My daughter just recently purcahsed her first vehicle.  A 2010 Hyundai Elantra. It was my recommendation to her that we bought another Hyundai vehicle because they are so reliable.  I felt that as a single Mom it was the best vehicle for her safety, and she could also depend on the highly efficient service that I received over the years.

Once again, Kristy Feinberg sold us the Elantra.  10..10..10. plus!  She is awesome!  Al in customer service relations was awesome as well. Joe, Mike. Kevin Mac, Justin, and whoever I may have forgot was and always are FABULOUS!

I recently had some issues (besides regular service) with my 2002 Sante Fe.  This is where I need to brag about your service manager T. J. and your mechanic Dan.

T.J. has always been accommadating. It was sometime ago that we established a great customer service relationship. I could pretty much write a book about how exceptional he has been at the Orland Family Hyundai location.  When it feels like a family member is taking care of you, that is phenomenal!!!!!!!!  He should be reconized as one of... Let me rephrase that... He should be reconized as THE MOST experienced and proessional service manager you have employed with your company. 

Dan your mechanic also went above and beyond what should have been expected of a normal everyday mechanic. That he is not!  Genuinely he is always looking out for the customer's best interest. He will always be my first choice for service.

Again, my hats off to all your emloyees at Orland Family Hyundai! If I forgot somebody I apologize.  You are all stellar!!!
